The entrance is located at the top of the second driveway past the high school at the tennis court entrance.
Our regular business hours are 9:00 am - 3:00 pm Monday thru Friday. Summer hours may vary. You can always call ahead to schedule an appointment.
Because the Registration Office is open year round, it is not necessary for parents to wait until school begins to enroll their children. The moment you become eligible for enrollment in our schools, make plans to visit Central Registration.

Once you complete the online enrollment, your next step is to provide the Registration Office the required enrollment documents. Please call (570) 748-1825 to schedule a time.
Important notice to schools requesting records for a KCSD student:
Central Enrollment does not house student records at this location. If you are a registrar from another district requesting/forwarding a student file, please see our building contact information page.
Keystone Central School District will ensure that each child of a homeless individual and each homeless youth has equal access to the same free, appropriate public education as provided to other children within the district.
An unaccompanied homeless youth may enroll without documents and without the help of an adult.
Please contact Mrs. Christina Manning for assistance in enrolling if you are a homeless youth unaccompanied by a parent/guardian. Special circumstances cover homeless youth enrollment.
