2022 Real Estate Tax Bills

The 2022 KCSD real estate bills were mailed July 1, 2022. If you have not received a copy of your bill, please contact our office. Discount payments are due by 9/30/2022 and the deadline to pay is 12/31/2022.

By law it is the responsibility of the taxpayer to know that real estate taxes are due. Failure to receive a tax bill does not relieve any taxpayer from prompt payment of taxes as if the bill was received.

All unpaid real estate taxes from prior years have been turned over to the respective delinquent collection offices for Clinton County, Centre County, and Potter County. Please contact those offices regarding delinquent tax payments.

State Property Tax Rebate ProgramThe rebate program benefits eligible Pennsylvanians age 65 and older; widows and widowers age 50 and older; and people with disabilities age 18 and older. The income limit is $35,000 a year for homeowners and $15,000 annually for renters, and half of Social Security income is excluded. For more information click here.
