Real Estate Tax Bills
The KCSD Real Estate Tax Bills are mailed July 1st of each year and the deadline to pay is by Dec. 31st. All unpaid real estate taxes are then turned over to the respective delinquent collection offices for Clinton County, Centre County, and Potter County. Please contact those offices regarding delinquent tax payments.
2026 Real Estate can now be paid online. Please use the link and follow the instructions to make your payment.
Please do not pay previous year tax payments. They will be returned to you.
