Right to Know
In compliance with the Pennsylvania Right-to-Know Law (Act 3 of 2008), the Keystone Central School District has adopted procedures to ensure community members can access public records in accordance with the law.

Requests
A written request for public records should be submitted to the Open Records Officer using the official Right-to-Know Request Form, which is available on this page.
Fees
The Keystone Central School District follows the fee schedule established by the Pennsylvania Office of Open Records.
- Fees must be paid prior to the release of records.
- If payment is not received, records will be made available for review only.
- Additional reasonable fees may apply for duplication, mailing, or other necessary costs
associated with fulfilling the request.
Additional Information
The District will provide access to existing public records but is not required to create, compile, format, or organize records in response to a request.
